Jennifer Gabbard, R.N.

Jennifer Gabbard began her career as a registered nurse in 1994, and she has worked with Dr. Shewmake since 2003 assisting in surgery, as a nurse injector, and in the office. Seeing an opportunity to offer women and men in central Arkansas non-surgical cosmetic procedure options, Jennifer opened The Skin Retreat in 2015, and today, she manages both Shewmake Plastic Surgery and The Skin Retreat.
RaeAnn Wilson

RaeAnn graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor’s Degree, Magna Cum Laude. She has extensive knowledge in plastic surgery care and customizes each experience to the patient, ensuring they receive the best care possible. She will walk you through the entire surgical process and be there for you every step of the way, from the initial consultation to the pre-op appointment and any post-operative questions or concerns.
Alicia Andrews, M.A.

Alicia received a Diploma in Medical Assisting in 2005 and has been working as a medical assistant in cosmetic surgery for many years. Alicia is one of the state’s leading performers of CoolSculpting treatments and is highly trained in laser hair removal, IPL treatments, and numerous other non-surgical, anti-aging treatments. Alicia brings an invaluable background and experience to Dr. Shewmake’s practice.
